The COMPACT filling and capping machine for small ampoules is the ideal solution for pharmaceutical and cosmetic manufacturers with limited production space. Due to its compact dimensions, the machine also contributes to cost savings when constructing cleanrooms.
The machines can be delivered in the version SA, means as semi-automatic with an automatic filling system and semi-automatic sealing mode, as well as in the version AT, means as fully-automatic machine.The machine can be supplemented with an automatic bottle feeder for the carousel. Mostly, the machines are equipped with a peristaltic pump. There are various capping systems available: for screw caps by means of a closure head driven by a servomotor, for crimp caps and for attaching rubber stoppers and pipette stoppers or droppers.
The machine is equipped with a standard control system; various operating levels can be set. The machine is fitted with a Siemens Simatic control system with a touchscreen and achieves a performance of 1200 bottles/hour.
