Industrial chemicals

Complete Packaging Lines They are manufactured for the chemical industry, primarily taking into account the appropriate selection of materials used. Our company has a long-standing collaboration with the University of Chemical Technology in Prague regarding the selection of the right materials. All materials are agreed upon with experts before use. Filling and packaging plants in the chemical industry can be divided into two basic categories. Firstly, plants made of chemically resistant materials, which are used for filling aggressive acidic or alkaline substances. Secondly, plants for use in operations with an increased risk of explosion. The plants can be equipped with extraction for hazardous vapours, and, of course, enhanced safety measures such as electronic interlocks for safety guards are also present.

The packaging lines can be automated directly at the packaging intake. It is possible rotating or Rectangular feed tables or Fully automatic palletizing and depalletizing systems.

When manufacturing the Filling Machines Particular attention is paid to ensuring that the filled product does not drip into the system. The filling needles are always fitted with a pneumatic shut-off and a drip tray, which protects the conveyor when it moves to the next package, beneath the filling position. The conveyor itself has an additional drip tray at the lower end, which prevents product from leaking onto the floor. For special applications, the system can be equipped with a scale beneath the conveyor in the filling area or a checkweigher with a rejection facility.

Linear or rotating Capping Machines allow for easy adaptation to different types of packaging. All types of screw and press-on caps, as well as spray heads, can be sealed.

The Labelling Machines can apply self-adhesive wrap-around labels to cylindrical packaging. Self-adhesive labels for the front and back of packaging of various shapes, and optionally, additional labels that are applied to the packaging or its closure. In combination with a stamping or thermal transfer printer, further additional information such as manufacturing date, expiry date, and batch number can be printed on the labels. Camera monitoring allows for the rejection of packaging without a label or print.

The filling plants can be supplemented with various options for secondary packaging, such as. Packing into boxes or shrink wrap.

In case the customer requires an automatic filling system for liquid or powdered products into rigid containers, our company provides such a filling system as a complete solution. This includes not only the Filling machine, the Capping machine and the Labeller as well as other additional equipment that the customer has to order from other specialised manufacturers. This includes, for example, Automatic cartoning machine with cardboard labelling, Automatic Depalletizing and Palletizing, a Film wrapper, Quality control systems etc. We offer a complete solution that includes all the necessary line components, including all connecting conveyor routes and a centralized control system. Everything from a single source, from one manufacturer.

Thanks to our well-diversified production across five plants, most components of such a complete system are designed and manufactured in-house. This allows us to ensure trouble-free operation of the entire system, compatibility with all its components, and service from a single source.

Complete packaging lines offer numerous advantages. They significantly increase efficiency and production volume, improve product quality, and reduce labour costs through automation. These systems enhance safety by reducing manual, repetitive, and dangerous tasks, minimise material waste and loss, and ensure high flexibility for the efficient handling of various packaging formats.

A fully automatic line is an integrated production system that performs the following steps:

  • Container feeding
  • Product filling
  • Cap placement and tightening
  • Sealing
  • Labeling
  • Coding / printing
  • Inspection / quality control
  • Secondary packaging (cartoning, case packing, palletizing)

All processes run with minimal human intervention and are controlled via PLC and HMI systems.

  • one producer of all core line components (filling machine, capping machine, labelling machine, cartoning machine, casings)
  • container handling technology, drum fillers and palletisers in addition
  • uniform software style for all components
  • one type of Siemens PLC and touchscreen HMI in all core machines
  • communication with all machines in filling line via central PLC
  • possibility to connect the complete line to a superior dispatch system
  • remote access and communication with the complete plant
  • 35 years of market presence
  • over 3000 installations worldwide
  • experienced team of service technicians and programmers
  • worldwide service and sales network
  • prompt commercial and technical response
  • 24/7 service
  • top-level components used in the lines – Endress and Hauser, Siemens,
  • use of top components such as SMC or Festo, Omron, Fanuc etc.
  • focus on low energy consumption
  • high filling accuracy, high line efficiency
