Process Description
- The operator places a stack of cups into the cup’s magazine. The cups are picked up from the storage container using a vacuum suction pad, which places the cup onto the rotary table. This table transports the cups between the stations inside the machine. The first station is filled using a lobe pump.
- The machine is equipped with a system for lifting the cups to fill them from the bottom, thus avoiding air pockets. The next station is the lid applicator, which consists of a lid magazine and a mechanism for applying the lids. The machine can also be equipped with an applicator for aluminium or plastic film. After filling and sealing, the cup is conveyed to the discharge table or conveyor belt.
