Automated packaging lines Cleaning agents are among our best-selling products. We pay particular attention to the selection of materials used. For aggressive (corrosive) products, we select chemically resistant materials, the suitability of which we coordinate with our partner, the Technical University of Prague. For products with a high alcohol content and other flammable substances, we offer machines in ATEX execution, naturally including the required certification.
Our Automatic Bottle Unscramblers for the automatic alignment and placement of the packaging onto the conveyor belt facilitate the automatic packaging of cleaning products. These devices work fully automatically and place very low demands on operating personnel. The latter merely needs to refill the packaging in the storage hopper.
The Filling Machines are easy to clean, allowing for quick and simple changeovers of filled products. The bottom-fill option, where the filling nozzle is located below the product level, combined with the adjustable filling speed, helps to prevent unwanted foaming of the product. This significantly increases the performance of the filling system.
The Capping Machines Screw caps, fabric softener caps with dispensers, push-pull caps, flip-top caps and many other types of caps commonly used for detergents can be sealed. At the same time, we offer solutions for capping spray bottles and pumps, in both semi-automatic and fully automatic versions.
The Labelling Machines allow the application of double-sided or wrap-around labels. The system can be combined with other Ink Jet devices or equipped with a thermal transfer printer to print the manufacturing or expiry date directly onto the label or packaging.
Another option is secondary packaging systems. Systems for filling cleaning agents can be equipped with shrink-wrapping tunnels. The same applies to systems for Packing in boxes.
