Work steps (Workstations)
- Tube magazine, where the tubes are inserted (at the fully automatic machine)
- Feeding the tube by pushing it into the tube holder
- Tube orientation by means of a print mark or pharmaceutical code
- Filling station, where the tubes are filled using filling cylinders
- Closing station, where the tubes are welded (plastic and laminate) or folded (aluminum)
- Embossing station, where the batch number and date are embossed
- Cutting station, where the sealing seam at the end of the tubes is cleanly cut off
- Ejection station of tubes
We offer two types of machines:
- Semi-automatic tube filling machine – the operator inserts the tubes manually into the tube holder (nest), all other work steps are carried out automatically
- Fully automatic tube filling machine
