The monoblock Pouchline is an advanced, automated system, particularly for the efficient and precise filling and capping of pre-made Standbeutel and pouches, commonly known as Doypacks, was developed.

POUCHLINE is produced in two versions: with Pouchline 1 takes one bag from the carousel in each step and then Pouchline 2 in one step, two bags each). The maximum output from Pouchline 1 amounts to 2,000 bags/0.5 L/h, at Pouchline 2 are they 4,000 bags/0.5 l/h.

The POUCHLINE machines are used for filling products of Food industry (Baby food, fruit juices, chocolate, dairy products, ketchup, and sauces) in pouches are used. Furthermore, they are used for filling Cosmetics (Liquid soap, shampoos) and Chemical products (Screenwash with antifreeze, paints etc.).

Process Description

  1. The operator places empty bags or sacks on the machine's feed rail. The feed system feeds the bags into the machine's star wheel one after the other. The first work step is filling. The machine can be equipped with 1 to 4 filling stations. Rotary pumps, peristaltic pumps or flow meter systems can be used for filling.
  2. The next step after filling is sealing. In the standard version, the machine is equipped with a cap sealing device consisting of a cap feeder, a cap chute, a pick-and-place unit, and a screw capping head. The filled and sealed pouch is conveyed onto the discharge belt and then on to further processes (cartoning, packing).
