Fully automatic tube filling machine type UP 252 for filling and sealing plastic, laminate and metal tubes with a capacity of up to 50 tubes per minute.
The carousel-type tube filling machine features a ten-station rotary table with a height-adjustable and driven cam drum from the main shaft. The machine is supplied as standard with tube alignment according to the print mark, a control sensor for tube presence, and a two-layer three-way rotary valve with pneumatic drive. It is also equipped with a single-acting volumetric pump with pneumatic drive and a conically tapered hopper for the product. The filling needle's movement is controlled by a cam and allows for filling from the bottom of the tube. The hopper can be fitted with a lid including an ultrasonic level sensor. Further options include product stirring in the hopper or the machine being supplied for a two-component filling process.
