Fully automatic tube filling machine for filling and sealing plastic, laminate and metal tubes with a capacity of up to 40 tubes per minute.
The fully automatic tube filling machine, designed for filling and sealing plastic and metal tubes, is mainly intended for cosmetic and pharmaceutical products such as creams and ointments, toothpaste, as well as food products (ketchup, sauces, mayonnaise, and cheese).
The machine can be equipped with a sealing unit for plastic tubes (which heats the tube with hot air), a system for sealing metal tubes (double or triple crimping), or a combination of the two.
The machine comes standard with a unit for embossing the batch number and expiration date, a storage tank for the product to be filled with a level control, an automatic tube feeder to the carousel, and a device for erecting the tubes.
