Semi-automatic tube filling and sealing machine for small-batch production with a capacity of up to 15 tubes per minute.
The tube filling machine consists of a rotary indexing table with eight positions and a robust, height-adjustable crossbar, on which the tube alignment, the filler with product reservoir, the hot air sealer, and the scissors for cutting off the tube end are mounted.
The UP30 tube filler is double-acting and horizontally arranged. The product container is conical and can be fitted with a lid that includes level sensors.
