Filling machines made of plastic have been developed to fill highly corrosive substances that attack and degrade the stainless steel parts used in standard machines. These mostly include chlorine solutions and acid-based solutions. Where metal materials cannot be replaced by plastic, they are treated with special polymer coatings or lacquers. In some cases, highly resistant metal materials such as titanium steel are used.
Apart from highly resistant materials, the durability of the machine is enhanced by a unique mechanic construction, in which the mechanic parts are anchored in the upper part of the machine, thus preventing a direct contact of these parts with the aggressive substances.
