The semi-automatic machine CAPLINE PMP is for sealing all types of bottles with trigger, spray and pump attachments, as well as for dispensing caps and screw caps suitable.
The machine can also be equipped with a capping unit for press-on caps. The closures are attached manually and the sealing process is automatic.

Process Description
- The operator places the cap onto the bottle neck by hand. The bottles then enter the capping area where side conveyors guide them to the capping station. The side belts hold the bottle in the exact position between the clamping rollers.
- The clamping mechanism tightens the closure to the desired torque. Once the torque is reached, the mechanism opens and the closed bottle leaves the machine.
