Today, after some time, we once again met with the traditional manufacturer of „Jelen“ - pure soaps and eco-friendly detergents visited.
Since our last visit, a cartoning machine and a robotic palletiser have been added. This means the production process is now fully automated, comprising:
- Labelling machine SYSTEM 5
- Linear Filling Machine APOLLO FM
- Linear Capping Machine CAPLINE CN
- Cartoning machine to assemble the carton, insert the plastic bottles and close the carton flaps, including attaching a label to the side of the carton.
- Robotic palletizer to stack the boxes on a pallet three rows high with cardboard interleaving
