In recent years we have had a whole series of Complete packaging lines or plant components for the petrochemical industry. Our clients include companies such as Fuchs, BP, Shell, and others.
Our facilities can automate essential parts of the engine oil packaging process, thereby reducing the number of operators required.
The packaging lines can be automated directly at the point of entry of the packaging. This is possible rotating or Rectangular feed tables or Fully automatic palletizing and depalletizing systems.
The Filling Machines offer high accuracy of filled volumes and easy changeover to other packaging formats. The filling needles are always equipped with a pneumatic shut-off and a drip tray, which protects the conveyor when changing to the next package under the filling position. The conveyor itself has another drip tray along its entire length at the bottom, which prevents product from leaking onto the floor. If desired, the filling system can be equipped with an in-line checkweigher with a rejection function. The filling system can also be supplied in an ATEX version for environments with an increased risk of explosion.
Linear or Rotary capping machines enable easy adaptation to different types of packaging. All types of screw and press-on caps can be sealed.
The Labelling Machines enable the application of self-adhesive labels to the front and back of packages of various shapes, as well as additional labels on the package or its closure. In combination with a stamp or thermal transfer printer, additional information such as manufacturing date, expiry date, and batch number can be printed on the labels. Camera monitoring allows for the rejection of packages without a label or print.
The filling plants can be supplemented with various options for secondary packaging, such as. Packing into boxes or shrink wrap.
Um eine vollständige Automatisierung zu erreichen, können die Anlagen mit einer automated palletzing equipment.
We can fill Vaseline-type lubricants in both liquid and solid forms using hydraulic press containers.
