We design and implement complete automatic packaging lines, from filling containers and bottling with products to sealing, labeling, cartoning, robot-assisted palletizing, etc. Line capacities range from 500 to 10,000 bottles per hour.
Small-capacity processing plants of 500-2,500 bottles per hour
Standard arrangement: Infeed table, filling machine with 1-6 filling nozzles, linear or step-by-step single-head capping machine, labelling machine, shrink-wrapping tunnel or carton erector, palletising robot.
Plants with a medium capacity of 3,000-5,000 bottles per hour
Standard arrangement: infeed table or bottle accumulator, filling machine with 8-12 filling nozzles, linear or rotary capping machine, labelling machine, shrink wrapping tunnel or cartoning machine, palletising robot.
High-performance systems with a capacity of 6,000-10,000 bottles per hour
Standard arrangement: Bottle depalletiser or unscrambler, twin-lane filling machine, rotary capping machine, labelling machine, shrink wrap tunnel or cartoning machine, palletising robot.
