SYSTEM 1 SYSTEM 1 is designed to apply labels on the whole circumference or a part of it on cylindrical containers.
System 1 can be equipped with a side smoothing belt if it is not necessary to align the label with the packaging, or with a three-cylinder applicator to align the label with the packaging. The three-cylinder applicator also allows for the application of two labels to cylindrical or conical containers (buckets).

Process Description
- The containers are fed into the machine via the infeed belt. The machine is equipped with a sensor for container detection. When this sensor detects the container, it sends a signal to the labelling head to start applying the label.
- The label is applied to the bottle and smoothed by a side band that rotates the container. The container with the label then leaves the machine on a downstream conveyor.
