Metal detectors allow for the detection and capture of metal objects made of iron, brass, steel, and aluminium in almost all products and materials during their continuous transport on a conveyor belt.
Metal detectors are integrated directly into the conveyor systems of packing lines in food, pharmaceutical and similar operations.
The material on the conveyor belt itself, as well as its packaging in bags, films, or pre-made products in boxes and pouches, can be inspected, regardless of whether they are deep-frozen or at room temperature.
In our production lines, we use systems from the German manufacturer MINEBEA INTEC.
