Checkweighers are fully automatic machines for the continuous dynamic weighing of individual items transported on a production line.
For example, they are used in the food, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries, where they enable the control of the correct product quantity in packaging (e.g. flour, chocolate, jam, etc.) or the verification of packaging completeness (e.g. the correct number of bottles in a box or building blocks in a bag).
Similarly, the checkweigher can be used for the quality control of machined, cast, injection-moulded or milled products, where an incorrect weight can indicate incorrect dimensions, incompleteness of the component, or poorer quality of the material used to manufacture the component.
We are integrating systems from the German manufacturer MINEBEA INTEC into our production lines. MINEBEA INTEC's checkweighers help our customers to detect and sort out unwanted products whose weight does not meet specifications. We ensure ČMI certification as well as service and installation.
We offer comprehensive services in the area of warranty and post-warranty service, regular inspections, checks and calibration of weighing and detection equipment.
