They are used for the reliable sorting out of faulty products that have been detected by checkweighers, metal detectors, or camera systems. The aim is to prevent faulty or contaminated products from entering further production or being dispatched to the customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key features<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The ejection system is selected according to the size and weight of the product, the line speed, and the type of control.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All units are made from stainless steel or other hygienic materials suitable for use in food and industrial production.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Powerful drives and precise timing ensure reliable sorting even at high speeds.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The system can be equipped with tank level sensors, sorting confirmation sensors or safety devices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The operation is controlled in real-time and networked with data acquisition and traceability control systems.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Process Description<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If a non-conformity is detected, the control system sends a signal to activate the rejection mechanism. Depending on the line speed and packaging type, various technologies are used \u2013 for example, air blasts, pusher ejectors, flap gates, flip gates, pushers or a swivel arm.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The faulty product is channelled into a catch bin, which may be equipped with sensors to confirm the rejection or with a safety interlock to ensure
