The machines are supplied in single or multi-lane configurations depending on the desired output. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The systems consist of the following components:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Automatic unstacking of the buckets<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bucket cleaning facility<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Filling unit with a system for filling from the bottom<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lid foil applicator station<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Automatic removal of lids from a stack<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cover fitting station<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Station for pressing lids onto the bucket neck<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Labelling station with the possibility to reprint labels<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Station for checking the attachment and printing of labels as well as the caps<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sorting incorrectly sealed buckets or buckets with wrongly affixed or printed labels<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Palletisation of fully sealed buckets<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wrapping the pallets with buckets in a stretch film<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Options<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Heating the product tank<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Agitator for the product container<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bulk solids dosing system<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Welding plastic or aluminium film from cut pieces<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Welding of plastic or aluminium film from the roll<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Material certificates for the food industry<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conveyor belt for finished buckets<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Remote access<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Process Description<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The bucket stacks are conveyed to the infeed balancing belt (vertical destacker) or to parallel horizontal conveyor belts (robot depilers). Subsequently, the buckets are conveyed to the discharge position. There, the last bucket is separated from the stack and placed onto the infeed bucket conveyor. The bucket is filled using a flow meter or a weighing feeder and conveyed to the capping station after filling.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Here, the bucket is sealed with foil and conveyed to the next sealing position. In this position, the lid is placed onto the bucket using a mechanical cam or a SCARA robot and then pressed firmly by a motorised roller applicator. After sealing, one or more labels are applied. The filled, sealed, and labelled bucket can be automatically palletised by a palletising robot with a special gripper. The palletising of the buckets can be fitted with infeed and outfeed conveyors, an automatic packaging machine, and a labelling\/pallet printing
