Continuous multi-head rotary machines CAPLINE ROT MULTIHEAD<\/strong> serve to capping bottles with greater output. The\u00a0three-headed\u00a0<\/strong>Machines will be provided with a power output of\u00a04,000 bottles per hour<\/strong>, the\u00a0four-headed<\/strong>\u00a0with\u00a06,000 bottles per hour<\/strong>\u00a0delivered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rotary capping machines<\/strong> are intended in particular for closing smaller containers and for closing containers with problematic closures (e.g. closures with a flat thread). The containers are conveyed from the conveyor belt onto a star-wheel indexing table and pushed under the capping station, where the screw cap is introduced into the capping head by means of a pick-and-place mechanism, thereby closing the container.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Process Description<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
        \n
      1. The containers are conveyed by means of the feed screw to the feed starwheel. The starwheel (continuous design) picks up the containers and transports them to the sealing area. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. The caps are conveyed from the cap feeder via the belt conveyor to the rotary orienter at the top of the capping machine. The oriented caps are fed to the pick-and-place unit via the cap chute. The cap chute is equipped with a sensor that detects the presence of caps. If the fill level of caps in the chute is low, the sensor starts the orienter. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. The caps are conveyed from the chute to the capping heads by a rotating pick-and-place device. The capping head places the cap onto the bottle neck while in motion and tightens it with the required capping torque.         The CAPLINE ROT MULTIHEAD continuous rotary multihead machines are used for capping bottles at higher output rates. The three-head machines are supplied with an output of 4,000 bottles per hour, and the four-head machines with 6,000 bottles per
