The requirements apply both to the processing of the selected technologies, which must have a high degree of cleanability and absolute sterility during filling, and to the quality of the materials used. Our company has specialised in the automation of packaging processes in the pharmaceutical industry for many years - which is why we are able to meet these requirements with ease. The systems for the pharmaceutical industry are manufactured exclusively from high-quality materials that comply with the applicable standards and come from proven suppliers. In addition to the equipment itself, the scope of delivery also includes full documentation of material certificates and other documents, such as IQ OQ installation and operational qualification documents. This allows you to operate the systems in full compliance with GMP and EHEDGE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To reduce the number of operators required for operation, the <strong><a href=\"\/en\/product\/complete-packaging-lines\/\">Complete Packaging Lines<\/a><\/strong> with <strong><a href=\"\/en\/product\/rotary-table\/\">automatic rotary tables<\/a><\/strong> or equipped with other variants of automatic feeding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For filling and closing pharmaceutical packaging, typically <strong><a href=\"\/en\/category-2\/filling-and-capping-monoblocks\/\">Filling &amp; Capping Monoblocks<\/a><\/strong> used. This is a compact solution where filling and sealing are carried out in a single system, largely eliminating the possibility of product contamination. The system can also be easily enclosed with a laminar flow hood with HEPA filters, which ensures a clean environment. The product is filled using peristaltic pumps, which offer high filling accuracy (even with very small fill volumes) and perfect protection of the filled product from contamination. The filling system can also be combined with an inert gas purging unit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The capping station enables the application of classic screw- or plug-on caps, as well as the crimping of aluminium caps. A double capping station is also possible, where the first station attaches a drip cap or a rubber stopper and the second station attaches the actual cap. To ensure high packaging quality and product safety, the capping station is equipped with a cap inspection system. Packaging without a cap is automatically rejected from the line.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our <strong><a href=\"\/en\/category-2\/labelling-machines\/\">Labelling Machines<\/a> <\/strong>can be used for both wrap-around labels and double-sided labels. In combination with a stamp or thermal transfer printer, you can print additional information such as manufacturing date, expiry date, and batch number onto the labels. One <a href=\"\/en\/product\/camera-systems\/\"><strong>CCTV<\/strong> <\/a>enables the sorting of packaging without labels or printing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pharmaceutical filling plants can be supplemented with various options for secondary packaging. This includes either packaging individual products in cartons, including the insertion of package inserts, or group packaging and <a href=\"\/en\/product\/automatic-cartoning-machines\/\"><strong>Packaging<\/strong> <strong>in boxes<\/strong><\/a> or shrink wrap. For full automation, the systems can be equipped with a<a href=\"\/en\/product\/robotic-palletizing\/\"> <strong>automated palletzing<\/strong><\/a>
